How do I know if Mida is right for me?

Do I need to be using ClickUp to work with Mida?
Yes. Mida is built around ClickUp as the operational backbone. If you're not yet using ClickUp, we’ll help you get fully set up with our pre-built MidaStack templates.
Can I use Mida without hiring a MidaPro?
Yes. You can access our templates and systems through MidaSuite, and join our learning platform MidaClub for training and resources. MidaPro is our done-for-you service for hands-on support.

MidaPro
How is a MidaPro different from a freelance project manager?
MidaPros are trained in Mida’s proven systems and frameworks, giving you consistent, process-driven support that plugs directly into your agency’s operations, without the need to build from scratch.
What does a MidaPro do day-to-day?
A MidaPro manages projects, tracks progress, runs team check-ins, monitors capacity, and ensures tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Do MidaPros use our existing tools or bring their own?
MidaPros are trained to use your current tools and will also implement MidaStack; our pre-built operating system to enhance your productivity.
Is a MidaPro a full-time hire?
No, it’s a flexible service. You get the benefits of a senior operations expert without the cost and commitment of a full-time employee.
How do we get started?
You’ll begin with an application, followed by a discovery call. Our onboarding process lasts over the course of a month where your MidaPro integrates into your team and implements our tools.
Do I manage their schedule and is it set hours?
You’ll choose the plan that best fits your needs, and your MidaPro will dedicate two structured hours each weekday. We handle the scheduling to ensure reliable, consistent daily support; so you don’t have to worry about managing time or availability. What are your payment terms?

Do I set them their day-to-day work?
No need. Your MidaPro is fully trained to integrate into your team and take ownership of project delivery. They’ll manage workflows, timelines, and team coordination; so you can step back and focus on growth.
What if my MidaPro isn't working out?

We’ve already got our own process; can we still use MidaPro?
To deliver the best results, MidaPros are trained using our proven system, MidaStack; built to streamline delivery and optimise performance. That said, we’re always open to reviewing your current setup. If you’ve got an existing ClickUp system in place, let’s chat. Book a discovery call and we’ll see how a MidaPro can adapt, integrate, or enhance what you’ve already built.
How much does MidaPro cost?
MidaPro subscriptions start at just £1,500 per month, with a one-time setup fee of £1,000. We offer a range of pricing plans, each packed with additional features and designed to adapt to your specific needs.
What are your payment terms?
All MidaPro plans are subject to our standard payment terms, which are processed via direct debit.

Are the templates compatible with free platform accounts?
All Mida templates will download seamlessly with free ClickUp, Airtable and Pitch plans. However, you must have a premium level plan across all platforms to use all of the features as intended. If you're unsure which level of plan you need for a specific Mida template, please contact hello@midahub.com for more information.
Can I upgrade to MidaStack after purchasing another product?
We offer the ability to upgrade to MidaStack at any time. If you have already purchased individual products, please contact hello@midahub.com to discuss upgrading.
Do I need to have an account on each platform before purchasing?
Yes, you must have signed up and created an account. The template will load by following the instructions provided. All you need is the free account to download, but to access all the Mida features, you must have a premium level plan across all platforms.
How do I install a Mida template?
Purchasing a template provides an instant download link. Follow the easy instructions provided upon purchase to integrate the template into your desired account in minutes.
What if the link doesn't work?
Please try refreshing the email, signing out, and logging back into your account. It may take up to 1 hour to download fully. You may need to click the download link a second time; the link will continue to be valid. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact help@midahub.com.
Can I customise the templates?
Our templates are fully customisable, allowing you to tailor elements to suit your specific needs perfectly.
Do you offer training?
MidaClub is currently in development and will launch soon. It will offer one-on-one support to teach you all things Mida. Please visit the MidaClub tab to sign up for early access and updates.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@midahub.com.
