Do I need to be using ClickUp to work with Mida?
Yes. Mida is built around ClickUp as the operational backbone. If you're not yet using ClickUp, we’ll help you get fully set up with our pre-built MidaStack templates.
Can I use Mida without using Midas?
Yes. You can access our templates and systems separately, and join our online community Mida Club for training and resources. Midas is our AI project manager.

Midas
What is Midas?
Midas is your AI project manager built from ten specialised agents combined into one system. It works in tandem with ClickUp through direct endpoints into Slack, becoming your integrated project manager. Each agent covers a key function such as cadence, summaries, alerts and load balancing, applying best practices in project management without the admin overhead.

How does Midas work?
Midas connects with ClickUp and runs through Slack. It checks task lists, timelines and dependencies, highlights missing assignees or due dates, balances workload across the team, and produces clear project summaries. You simply prompt Midas in Slack and it delivers structured updates, actions and next steps in real time, acting as your embedded project manager.
Can Midas be customised?
Our Basic to Business plans are built on the Mida system of project management. At Enterprise level you can customise endpoints, features and agents to match your workflow.
How much does Midas cost?
Midas runs on a monthly subscription priced per workspace. Plans start at £99 per month with options to scale.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are month to month with no lock in. You can cancel whenever you like.
How do I set up Midas?
Setup takes minutes. You will receive a one click install link for Slack and ClickUp. Once connected you can start prompting Midas instantly.
Does Midas work outside of ClickUp?
ClickUp is the starting point. We are rolling out integrations with Monday and Asana and extending the interface to Microsoft Teams.
Do you offer a trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14 day free trial so you can test Midas in your workflow before committing.
Do you offer discounts for annual plans?
Yes. Pay annually and save 17% compared to monthly billing.
How secure is my data?
Midas is built on Maybe technology with strict privacy standards. Your Slack and ClickUp data is never stored. Midas processes information securely and only returns the outputs you request.
How do requests work within a team?
Each plan includes a set number of monthly requests shared across your team. You can decide how they are used. Some team members such as project managers or management may use Midas more often, while others may only need occasional summaries or checks. This flexibility ensures your requests are always used where they add the most value.

Are the templates compatible with free platform accounts?
All Mida templates will download seamlessly with free ClickUp, Airtable and Pitch plans. However, you must have a premium level plan across all platforms to use all of the features as intended. Can I upgrade to the ClickUp Bundle after purchasing another product?
We offer the ability to upgrade to the ClickUp Bundle at any time. If you have already purchased individual products, please contact hello@midahub.com to discuss upgrading.
Do I need to have an account on each platform before purchasing?
Yes, you must have signed up and created an account. The template will load by following the instructions provided. All you need is the free account to download, but to access all the Mida features, you must have a premium level plan across all platforms.
How do I install a Mida template?
Purchasing a template provides an instant download link. Follow the easy instructions provided upon purchase to integrate the template into your desired account in minutes.
What if the link doesn't work?
Please try refreshing the email, signing out, and logging back into your account. It may take up to 1 hour to download fully. You may need to click the download link a second time; the link will continue to be valid. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact help@midahub.com.
Can I customise the templates?
Our templates are fully customisable, allowing you to tailor elements to suit your specific needs perfectly.
Do you offer training?
Mida Club is currently in development and will launch soon. It will offer one-on-one support to teach you all things Mida. Please visit the Mida Club tab to apply to be a a part of the community.
What is your refund policy?
